What I liked
After undergoing surgery at the William Harvey, I wanted to leave a comment to say how pleased I was with my care. The midwives on the Kennington ward were superb, checking on me frequently and keeping me up to date with what was happening. This care has been ongoing since I first started experiencing difficulties a couple of weeks back. The surgery was explained in detail to me, and all went very smoothly, this certainly helped to keep nerves and fear at bay. The aftercare was excellent, I even enjoyed my lunch! Lots of cups of teas offered too. All questions about going home answered in detail, and all checks completed before discharging me. Overall very pleased, nothing to improve in my opinion, the ward was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and I feel very well looked after. Thank you to all.
"Excellent level of care and attention from all..."
