What I liked

I was admitted following examination, for dehydration from kidney stones, and although I was told I would see a surgeon over the weekend, none arrived. But I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff, both in admissions and the ward. the only downside was the long wait to see a doctor, and the fact that one toilet was out of use (blocked) for 3 days. I think that the staff do the most amazing work. despite the cutbacks and shortage of money in the system generally.

What could be improved

that toilet should for health and infection reasons alone ,been dealt with immediately.
