I was a patient on ward 21 of the Doncaster Royal Infirmary for the treatment of a duodenal ulcer bleed. I was very impressed by the manner and skill of the consultant. I thought that the standard of medical care was good.
However, I was left in the bath without an assistant only days after fracturing a rib in an earlier slip in the bathroom. I was upset that this was done.
