What I liked

I would just like to say that the hospital treated my Father extremely well with a caring attitude and were wonderful in there care of him the nursing staff could not have been anymore helpful to him or myself when asking questions about his care. I would however like to echo the comments of Victoria PB who pointed out the drop in cleanliness on Longbeech ward since early May 2012 having visited the ward recently it was very apparent the level of cleaning has been poor in all other aspects the hospital is a delight to have in our area

Thank you for sharing your feedback with me. I am disappointed that the level of cleanliness that we expect as an organisation, were not apparent during your visits. I will raise this with the Non Clinical Service Manager and Ward Manager to ensure that this is rectified and that all wards are kept as clean as viably possible moving forward.
