What I liked

Speed and efficiency of treatment re fractured patella, speed of admission and ability to return home after knee operation - 3 days after admission. Staff were attentive and courteous with good humour. Hope I don't have to return for other reasons but apprehensions about NHS treatment there would be significantly reduced. My thanks extended to all staff involved.

My follow-up visits re post-op reviews and physio were attended to promptly with minimal waiting time and always finished within the hour.
