About: Peterborough City Hospital

What I liked

Nursing staff helpful, attentive and very efficient. Surgeon explained procedure and answered questions. He came to see me in recovery and could not have been more helpful.

I have been in hospital for prolonged treatment in the past, but never one with such nice staff. I would have no hesitation in having further treatment at PCH and will happily reccomend it to others.

What could be improved

Very little! Maybe larger cups of tea/coffee to save nurses legwork. Less paperwork as staff seem to spend an enormouse amount of time filling in different forms with the same information.

Anything else?

I have stayed at 4 star hotels that have far worse services than provided by PCH.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with such positive feedback following your visit to Peterborough City Hospital. Our staff work very hard at ensuring that all patients feel invoved and informed about their care and treatment.

We are currently reviewing all of the documentation that nurses have to complete to see if we can rationalise it without compromising the quality of care provided to patients. I will ensuse that your comments are fed into the group looking at this.

I do hope that you are now recovering from your surgery.
