the receptioist in the wheelchair section was nice and made a tea for me

What could be improved

U need staff to run a hospital....your wheelchair dept does not have any staff! been waiting months for a wheelchair so ascot josp can start doing my operations.......but u may as well forget it!

The appliance booking clerk is terrible, she is down right rude
