(as a relative),

Two weeks ago I wrote to the chief excutive of Redhill hospital telling him about my dad and how he keeps getting his appointments cancelled. dads doctor also wrote to the hospital, and as yet we have not had any replies.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a reply from us yet. We do reply to all correspondence so I'm sure it must be being dealt with.

We do have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service who are there to listen to concerns, suggestions or queries and can help sort out problems quickly on your behalf. I would suggest 'phoning them in the first instance to see if they can help.
