"Let down by your admin"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

At the end June my Doctor referred me to Dermatology.

On mid July I received my first response from Sentinel. This was a 25 day response time. I contacted Sentinel by phone for an appointment and I was told I could go to Mount Gould at the end of August.

Take it or leave it, a 6 week wait--no 'Choose and Book'!

With these kind of times a private company would go bankrupt. The clinical staff were very good, but your admin let you down, therefore my overall rating for Sentinel is fair.
