"Impressed with all aspects"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

I have been referred by my doctor for specialist attention. I was quite open-minded about the visit, not having used the Mount Gould facilities until today.

I have to say that I was positively impressed with all aspects of the 2 hours that my visit entailed. I had been informed by letter what to expect and that there was a possibility of delay with the appointment.

The areas that I moved through and waited in were clean, open and uncluttered, well maintained and lit.

The staff were helpful, friendly and personable. This was particularly true of the Sentinel Receptionist who impressed me with warm and friendly efficiency. From that point I was confident of top-line care and this was indeed the case, with the doctor ensuring that I was fully informed of what to expect from my ailment, how to deal with it and when I could expect further appointments and levels of treatment.

I had a pleasing, stress-free visit, with pleasingly economic Café prices and free parking--how sensible.
