What I liked

The ambulance staff picked me up for each of my appointments at the fracture clinic and they were marvellous. They were so patient and caring. The staff at the clinic were also brilliant, I saw quite alot of them in my 3 months with a broken ankle and I would laugh and joke with them and it made the time go quickly. They were very patient with me being wheelchair bound and never made me feel like an inconvienience to them

What could be improved

It would have been nice to have more information from the consultant about my operation and after care and also to get more information about the date of my operation without having to ring up so many times.
