What I liked
The helpfulness of the receptionists. They were friendly and put me totally at ease. Also due to a computer error three appointments were made instead of one. From the moment i was contacted by a member of staff to confirm my appointment all the staff involved were extremely helpful. I was even called on the mornng of my appointment to give me details of how to get to the outpatients department, as i do not live in leicester. Well Done to you all!
What could be improved
Poissibly the waiting room , it was very hot in there. However the hospital is an old building so one has to accept the standards.
