"One of the best inpatient stays I've had to date"

What I liked

All the staff from nurses, porters, radiographers, anaesthetist & various doctors were brilliant. They each took the time to explain things. And when an additional issue arose the nurses got a doctor to see me within 20 mins. Following my operation I wasn't rushed into doing anything, they let me set my own pace. Even the nightstaff were brilliant. If the bell was pressed a member of staff was with me within 5 mins which I thought was good given that the ward I was on had two sections.

What could be improved

The only issue I had was when they wanted me to sit out in a chair, due to being disabled I found the chairs very low & as a result couldn't sit in them for more than 5 minutes.
