What I liked

The initial triarge was quick but that was the only positive of the experience

What could be improved

The staff updating patients of what was going on and checking to see whether the patients are still ok!

Anything else?

The overall experience was appalling! After the second nurse did checks we were then left for over 3hours without any nurses coming to check on the patient or updating us on what was happening! The doctors were seen to be sat chatting and were not bothered when standing at the desk Wanting to ask them how long things were going to be! I understand they are busy but the ward was quite and they had seen the last person over an hour and a half before! When the doctor arrived the patient had poped to the toilet and the doctor came and said he better hurry up as I only have 15 minutes of my shift left!! This is unacceptable behaviour seen as the patient had been there for hours and then he only just left the room
