"Not sure about the signage in the new building, but staff were great."

About: Coventry And Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I came to the clinic in July, it was my first time in the new building. The new building is a bit confusing, I wasn't sure where I was going but the reception staff were helpful. The location is easy for me and I can go to town after, but I don't think the signs are very good. It is much better than the old building though.

I understood my diagnosis and felt that I could ask questions. Staff made sure I was sitting comfortably and asked me about any support when I telephoned them to change my appointment.

Many thanks for your postive comments in relation to your experiences of the Clinical Assessment Services. This feedback will be forwarded to the relevent staff.

I am sorry that you found the signage within the building confusing and this information has been forwarded to the Building Manager, who is currently putting in place actions to address this matter. I will update you, when I am in a postion to do so.

Kind Regards

Julia
