What could be improved

Implement the No Smoking Policy!!! I am totally, totally, fed up of having to go through the main entrance of the building where people are smoking. I spend about 1hr doing nebulisers before attending my clinic to do spiro I am then met with smokers outside the main building and then takes about 15 minutes to recover from walking through the smoke to do my spiro test. This also goes for staff smoking on the premises which I have seen! One man was cutting the grass under the smoking sign whilst smoking!!? Implement the Policy - It is a Heart and Chest Hospital after all!
