What could be improved

The consultant I saw was arrogant, who asked questions and did not listen to the answers nor let me finish supplying them. He seemed far more intent on deciding what he wanted to hear rather than what was actually being said. I don't know whether he was concerned with getting through his clinic as soon as possible or whether he was concerned about the cost of treatment, whatever it was, in my opinion, it wasn't helpful. As far as I am concerned, his suggested treatment would have a negative impact on me but he didn't want to hear what I had to say about it. He also tried to make me reconsider treatment I will be receiving from another hospital on a separate matter, without being aware of the full facts. In my opinion, not very professional. I would never recommend him/his clinic.
