"My experince was satisfactory"

(as the patient),

My experience was satisfactory, the only down side was that I was advised to arrive ten minutes prior to my appointment time. On arriving, along with several others patients, I found that the outer patients entry door was locked!

We stood around until a member of staff arrived who directed us to another entrance.
