I was a patient at Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre Ear Nose & Throat clinic for a mastoidectomy, which is an operation on the mastoid process (a part of the skull). The care which I received was good, and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. However, while I was waiting for the operation, there was very little to do (no TV or magazines available).
I would like to thank all the nursing staff in the outpatients clinic.
