I was a patient in the dermatology clinic at the Nottingham Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of skin cancer. The medical care was very good - the surgeon explained everything he was doing in a simple step-by-step procedure so that i would be able to understand it.
However, the process of diagnosis, biopsy, results, surgery, and final checkout requires 5 or 6 separate visits to the hospital. I feel this could be shortened and made more efficient in some way.
