My mother was a patient in the day surgery of the Queen's Medical Centre for some treatment on her eye. As a carer, the standard of medical care looked to be good. The nursing staff were particularly good, as they brought us a drink while we waited.
The communication about the appointment time could have been better though - we were only given an arrival time, and not a time that the actual surgery would be going ahead.
