What I liked

I was referred by my GP for an ultrasound scan and this was completed by your Hysteroscopist who was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me and how the examination would happen. This person explained each step of the procedure as she was completing this and she was assisted by two other nurses who totally put me at my ease - thank you ladies! She gave me her contact details for any future questions I should have and I found such offer of an 'aftercare' service to be very encouraging.

Such an examination would be embarrassing for most women and I would like to express my thanks to all concerned.
