What I liked

The staff were all extremely friendly and polite, whilst remaining proessional. I was treated with great dignity and respect the entire time i was there.

I was given all information i needed about treatment and the process of what happens next.

I was given opportunity to ask any questions, and all answers were given to me in easy to understnad terms.

I have no complaints at all, exceptional staff in the clinic
