What I liked

I wish to complement one of your midwife staff, who attended a home birth of my daughter, Charlotte on the 1st August 2012. Regretably matters did not go to plan and they were obliged to call for an ambulance in an emergency. Throughout the entire episode, they remained very focused on a sucessful outcome of what, for close family members, was a stressful experience. I consider the fact that it was not more stressfull was largely due to the confident and competent manner in which they handled a difficult situation.

Please bring this feedback to the attention of the supervisor of the Midwife section in your hospital along with my personal thanks to all involved at your Hospital in the sucessful outcome in the birth of my grandaughter.
