What I liked

Following a biking accident my 7 year old daughter required plastic surgery to her knee. I have to compliment all of the staff from treetops day unit, the theatre staff, porters, anaesthetist and surgeon for their care and compassion. To bring a young girl into such an intimidating environment and emergency procedure and to be met with the utmost professionalism was very gratefully received. My daughter commented that if she needed surgery again she would be worried but not scared which is a reflection on how at ease she was made to feel during her stay. Thank you.
