What I liked
At all times I was spoken to in a very polite but friendly manner. The doctor explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I felt that I was more important than time and therefore the doctor was quite happy to discuss everything thoroughly with me. The nursing/support staff appeared happy which gave a good atmosphere to the place.
What could be improved
Like so many places I felt that the reception could have been a little more private as I was able to hear the conversations with other patients and therefore they would be able to have heard mine.
Anything else?
Having any treatment at a hospital can be worrying but this department put me at ease for the other two departments that I was then referred to. I have been treated under Moorfields Eye Hospital and am at present also attending Brompton Hospital every 6 months and do not feel that I was/am being treated anywhere near as well as I was at Queens.
"Excellent treatment and atmosphere"
