What I liked

On Sunday 5th August I attended the Day Surgery at Kent & Canterbury Hospital for a procedure on my spine’

I was very nervous as I am with any operations; I have had, in the past because my son died whilst undergoing an operation some years ago.

From the surgeon and all the staff I received such compassion and understanding as to the stress I was going through and wish to go on record as to my gratitude to all concerned.

I am sure people are only to ready to complain when things don’t go the way they expect. This is the reason for this letter.

Once again, please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the team on duty during my brief stay at Day Surgery
