"Good care but little infomration given by Rotherham District General"

I was admitted to the Rotherham District General Hospital with extreme pain in my neck and shoulder, which I imagine is partly the result of a road traffic accident which I had 15 years ago). The paramedics were very good, and I was promptly seen in A & E, where the staff did as much as they could to ease my pain.

My only criticism is that I am still unaware of the diagnosis. While at the hospital, I was never informed as to exactly what the problem was, and I am still in the dark as to this matter.
