"Cancelled my appointment with no notice and cannot..."

What could be improved

They mucked up my antenatal appointment. They cancelled it without letting me know, so I wasted my time going there. When I complained they said that these things happen and made no attempt to try to fit me in.

I asked to speak to the management and was told to wait. I waited another 15 minutes and then I asked whether I could make an appointment to speak to the management instead and was told, no, all I could do was wait indefinitely for the management to show up, and I was told that filling out the survey form was no use.

Since I cannot get my complaint heard I thought I would share it here for everyone else to know.
