I attended the Rhematology unit of the Nottingham City Hospital for a DEXA scan, which detects the presence of early-stage osteoporosis, in November of last year. I was pleased with how I was treated during my visit - I was not talked down to at all, but instead information was shared with me appropriately. However, I do feel that some of the staff could have been friendlier, particularly one person at the reception desk.
