What I liked
I presented myself at reception with a throbbing blood blister under my left middle finger and was directed to the minor injuries department. After filling in a form I was seen striaght away. I told the nurse that I am a self confessed wimp and liable to faint at the sight of blood, especially mine, and was treated with the utmost care and skill. I returned later in the day for an Xray and more draining of the blister. All in all, a pleasant efficient service.
"A better experience than I was expecting in a calm..."
