What could be improved

Please accept my comments as a suggestion rather than a complaint.

My wife was admitted last Tuesday to A&E after a severe reaction to drugs prescribed for her Polyneuropathy. She was hallucinating and could not stand, let alone walk. She is currently in a ward but the staff do not seem to have much background information on her. As a result, they obviously cannot understand why she does not try to walk- they must get the impression that she is just being awkward !

From talking to some of the staff, who clearly are doing their best, I got the impression that they only get incomplete details of a patients condition, even though my GP did supply all relevant details on admission to A&E.
