"a good experience in an NHS hospital :)"

What I liked

I found all the medical staff to be respectful, friendly, caring and professional. They involved me in all the decisions on my care of the spinal surgery I had. I had this same operation a year previously through the NHS but at a private hospital and have to say that the care in the NHS hospital was much better than the care in the private hospital, the only good thing about the private hospital was having own room with bathroom and good food. Therefore I would definitely recommend this hospital.

What could be improved

The food could be improved, although there was a good menu, there was not enough plain food to eat, which is really what you want after major surgery!
