What I liked
I had surgery to remove my gall bladder on the 9th July. Everyone involved from the pre-op professionals to the surgical team were very professional and caring. Don't usually bother filling in feedback forms but two weeks after the operation and feeling much better I just wanted to thank everyone involved for the fantastic job they did. I came around after surgery and was a little phased and used a little choice language. Just want to apologise if I offended anyone. I am very anxious around medical matters and the way nursing and surgical staff supported me is much appreciated.
Thany you very much for the work you did and the professional manner you addressed a problem that was limiting the things I could do. Last, but by no means least, thank you for the speed at which the operation was carried out.
Many thanks
Steve Orrell
