What I liked
Thank you, last Friday I had a back injection as an out patient and was made to feel very welcome.
I was treated with empathy as I was nervous.
The Radiologist explained in detail the procedure so that there were no surprises.
The whole team were kind, a nurse held my hand through out, which was reassuring.
Again, Thank you.
