What could be improved

What could of been improved? The attendance of a consultant. I saw a consultant and was referred for a CT scan, I am now awaiting my results but I am told I cannot have them as there is now no consultant at newark any more and they do not know when they will be getting one back. So ive basically been told I have to wait, which could be months and I am in constant pain. I also asked if I could be referred to the Kings Mill hospital and they appear to not have any consultants either. When asked what i was supposed to do the response I got was " I dont know" and I dont feel that this is good enough.
