What I liked

This was the first injury I have sustained and the first time in hospital. This is unusual for a lady of a certain age. So I was very very frightened. The staff put me at my ease and totally understood.

The care and support given was exemplary. They knew exactly the problems I was experiencing and helped me overcome them.

I had to have a small operation which to me was terrifying. Again they helped re assure me and took the trouble to telephone and explain at length. I am now "on my own" in my recovery.

But it is of comfort to know that I can telephone them if I have any queries or doubts.

I can't speak highly enough. If you have to use this service you can be sure of receiving a "Rolls Royce" service.

What could be improved

CPM machines for patients to use at home. I have hired one but it is very expensive.
