"shocked dissapointed and disgusted"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

What I liked

the staff in a & e where brilliant

the cleaning lady was always cheerfull and chatty and did a fab job

the student nurses were very good but there hands are tied but still tried there best

the first 2 doctors i delt with were very good and understanding

the lady who did my scan was lovely very professtional and explained everything to me

the first doctor i saw after my scan who explained what had happened and what they were going to do

What could be improved

pretty much everything . from my doctor trying to refer me and told to send me to a & e to being literally kicked out of the hospital . i have never had a bad experiance at stepping hill untill i went on the jasmine ward.

the first doctor i spoke to after having my scan where i was treated exceptional well down there by the lovely scan lady , was very nice he explained everything and what was going to happen and i was very happy with the outcome .

from the minute i got onto the ward to the second i left was very dissapointing ignored by some staff huffed at when asking for pain relief as they were always late with it being mixed up with another patient on what drugs i could have and only been given paracetamol because of it ignored when asking for stronger pain relief then told my pain was due to constipation over hearing the staff talking about other peoples medical problems then hearing they needed three beds now which i understand but then to be kicked out is dissgusting i had to hunt round the hospital as when in agony i was told they couldnt give me anything at all and told i would have to wait in the day room till i got picked up when sitting is the most uncomfortable position for me and now have to wait in 4 - 6 weeks for my op in pain or was told if it gets to much go back to a & e and have to start again i still cant believe how bad i was treated and made to feel on this ward

Anything else?

lying on my discharge sheet saying my pain had got better when i told them it had got worse
