What I liked

I was at the Consultant's clinic for 6 appointments for acupuncture. My treatment was always explained in a very informative but easy to understand way. Always very informative and kept me informed at all times as to my care and what he intended to carry out. All the staff from the clinic that I came into contact with treated me with great care and understanding too. The treatment room was always very clean and tidy as well. All my appointments were always on time and also the reception desk staff were also always very helpful. He definitely knows what he is doing and is a very caring kind person that also listens to how you are feeling too.

What could be improved

More acupuncture clinics, and consultants that can carry out this. As I know that there is a long waiting list for this treatment. However, when you do get the treatment it is well worth waiting for when it works for you.

Anything else?

Would not hesitate in recommending my Consultant to any of my family or friends, and actually I have already spread the word in my circle of friends that suffer the same as I do with Chronic Pain.
