What I liked
I was rushed to Darent Valley Hospital due to an abnormal abcess growth across my neck. The visit was made a priority visit by a local (Purfleet, Essex) mobile paramedic. Whilst in the waiting room, for which was only a short wait, a resident doctor noticed the discomfort i was in and also the size of the growth. The doctor examined me and immediately referred me to a specialist EMT Hospital in Medway, knowing of the severity of the situation. As my son was driving and being from the other side of the bridge he did not know how to get to this hospital and the nurse on duty very kindly printed him off directions via Google maps.
I would just like to take this moment to say a very big thank you to the doctor and the team for treating me so well and in responding to the situation to hand so swiftly.I could not have asked to be seen by a better doctor.
What could be improved
Nothing comes to mind, could not have been treated any better nor about the surroundings.
"1st class treatment,very friendly,treated very..."
