Earlier this year, I was a patient at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of glaucoma. The medical care was good, as was the care I was given by the nursing staff, who were friendly and courteous throughout.
The main problem was having to wait for prescriptions from the pharmacy, which could vary between 1 and a half to 3 hours.
Thank you to all concerned with the treatment.
