"my experience was quite simply traumatizing."

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

What I liked

When i was being rushed into surgery the nurses where happy to look after my baby

What could be improved

Everything else. The midwife left me pushing for too long, it took my clothes and both my hospital room and the bathroom to be covered in blood for them to actually listen to me when i was constantly telling them that the amount i was bleeding was not normal then i went into shock and it turned out i was hemorrhaging (not that anyone told me anything, i had to read my notes an then later on goggle it) and by the time they actually started doing anything it was a bit too late and i had to go to surgery and have a D&C. Then when i was on the ward and could not feel my legs no one bothered to check on me or the baby and when he was screaming and i was pressing my buzzer for the nurse no one came so i had to ask a stranger to pick my son up and pass him to me because i could not move my legs. i am totally traumatized by my experience and now have no faith in any doctors/nurses.
