What I liked

My 94 year old mother (Mabel Botwright) was admitted to the A &E department of your hospital late Saturday/Sunday morning of the 14th. I would like to thank the nurse and the doctor for the professional,caring and sympathetic way they treated my confused mother. They were a credit to your hospital. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to those concerned, if possible.

Thank you for taking the time to let us have feedback about the care your mother received from the accident and emergency (A&E) team at Epsom Hospital.

I hope your mum is feeling better and has made a full recovery.
