"Improve as my child needs attention whilst..."

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

What I liked

The "Your visit was in" field didn't have "Still waiting"

What could be improved

A year and still stuck waiting as our child has learning/development difficulties and we are still have not seen or spoken to the consultant(s).

Anything else?

Perhaps too much pressure put on staff and no resilience when members leave, sick, absent.
