What I liked
The staff were polite and helpful.
What could be improved
Considering the Haematology Clinic was daunting as being a cancer department I found that the reception was very dirty, the chairs and carpets were very stained and past there sell by date, I understand the thinking at the time the reception was first opened was to give a homely atmosphere to the room but now it has an air of decay hanging over it which makes it very uncomfortable, a more up to date and clinical approach to reception would have been more reassuring.
"Reception has an air of decay about it."
