"Very satisfactory"

What I liked

I was seen on Friday 6th July as as emergency, referred by my Doctor, I am very happy with the way I was dealt with by the Doctor and nurses in the emergency 'majors dept'. They were eficient, kept me informed and above all very caring which made the whole experience reassuring. Thankyou very much. PC.

What could be improved

There were some tissues on the floor in the waiting room but that is the fault of patients who did not use the huge bin provided!
