What I liked

The greeting when my wife and I first entered was very reassuring. We were asked to take a seat until someone from the ward came down to collect us. After five minutes or so a lady came to take me to my room.

They explained everything in the room and that the consultant and anaethetist would come along and explain what was going to happen.

The consultant came and talked me and about the procedure and he was particularly good at explaining everything to my wife as well.

The operation went well and when I came around I was taken back to my room.

I could have gone home the same day, but asked to stay overnight as I felt very groggy. The nurses were happy to let me do this so I was very grateful.

I went home the following morning and returned a couple of weeks later to let teh consultant check the wounds.

Lovely staff. Very clean hospital.

I would highly recommend the hospital.

And I know it's a Private hospital, but as an NHS patient I was treated no differently.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything that could improve the hospital
