"Leaving my daughter without the treatment led to..."

What I liked

One of the Nurses was very kind to my daughter and said she shouldnt of been sent home.

What could be improved

My daughter was in alot of pain and she was poorly, after advice by her GP Surgery she was told to attend A&E. I took her there myself and spent nearly 5 hours then a Doctor sent her home.

In the early hours of the morning my daughter called her Consultant based in London, and said they werent treating her locally. The Consultant advise her to attend A&E again and ask for them to call London for advice.

Nothing happened instead my daughter was lefted hours, and the A&E Doctor failed to call the Specialist in London.

My daugthter now has scarring and this would of been prevented if she received treatment sooner. Her Consultant in London said she should of been treated sooner with steroids and it would of prevented it spreading and causing infection and scarring.

My daughter has a Solicitor who is starting a legal case.
