"Very satisfied with appointment but disgusted at..."

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Anything else?

I visited the hospital on 02/07/12 for an appointment in Outpatients. I entered the hospital via the door at the end of the footpath from The Gap, off Nackington Road. This is obviously a smokers area and I was disgusted to see the huge amount of cigarette ends littering the footpath. Clearly your staff have no regard for the environment and since the cigarette bin was overflowing it is clear that this is not emptied regularly. A very poor example indeed.

Thank your for providing us with feedback. I will pass your comments on so we can look at having the cigarette bin emptied out more regularly which will in turn reduce the amount of cigarette ends littering the footpath.
