What I liked

After a 2 hour wait, the doctor ensured my elderly mother was seen to promptly.

What could be improved

The assessment nurse did not listen to what I said, hence why we had to wait 2 hours for the doctor to confirm what I had already told her. She achieved nothing; she was completely pointless and may as well not have been involved in the process.
